Ashok K. Gupta

Ashok has over 40 years of experience. His last corporate role was as the Group General Counsel of the Aditya Birla Group, a multinational group with operations worldwide. He has dealt with regulatory and enforcement matters, cross-border acquisitions, bankruptcy acquisitions, and governance standards. Ashok has also served Unilever in India and abroad, advising on legal matters such as marketing, advertising, taxation, and mergers. As a member of various industry associations and committees, including the International Bar Association and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Ashok brings extensive experience and expertise. He holds an M.Com, LL.B, and LL.M degrees and is a registered Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.

Rajiv Chauhan

With over 35 years of experience, Rajiv was in practice before the Delhi High Court primarily on the criminal side for about 4 years before moving into the corporate world as an in-house counsel. He has worked with HUL, PepsiCo, and Pernod Ricard. At Pernod Ricard Rajiv was the General Counsel as well as Chief Compliance Officer for the South Asia region. He was responsible for the entire spectrum of Litigation, Compliances, Secretarial function, and was a key member of the Risk and Assurance and Regulatory functions. Rajiv was also responsible for protection of the company’s assets including Intellectual Property as well as investigations. Rajiv has led some critical issues on behalf of the industry. He is now is an Advocate registered with the Delhi Bar Council and a member of several legal associations including the India Law Institute

Nakul Gupta

Apart from pursuing law, Nakul is also a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University (Engineering) and IIM-A (MBA). He has experience across Banking and Finance, Executive Search and HR consulting and Entrepreneurship. In his last role, he was the founder of an adult skilling startup called Bodhiroom that conducted workshops in Delhi NCR and later moved online. At AKG & Co., apart from working on the firm’s corporate advisory and litigation strategy mandates he also takes care of the firm’s internet presence and is working on a book exploring strange cases from Indian courts in the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
